We regularly review feedback from students, their families, colleagues and external partners. Here's some feedback we've had recently: 

Lancashire Careers Hub Deputy- Inspira

“All within the Lathom community have a clear vision of the importance of their careers programme. They provide a range of engaging and impactful events, activities and challenges that build employability skills, raise aspirations and signpost students to real opportunities. The students are at the heart of their provision by empowering them to have ownership of their futures by being prepared to make informed decisions at key transition points. The careers team have worked collaboratively with the Lancashire Enterprise Adviser Network, benefitting from the guiding hand of their Enterprise Adviser. They have used all this support to upskill staff, research best practice and ultimately meet the needs of all of their students”

Student engagement is always superb at Lathom. Your student helpers really look after us and events are always well organised. The pre work you do with students encourages them to get involved and they ask fantastic questions.

Parents

98% of parents believe their children are well supported for their future careers

83% of parents would attend a careers fair in school to support their childs future aspirations
